Fabian Kern, Managing Director, digital publishing competence, Munich studied history and political science in Munich. He was Project Manager for electronic installation processes at the publishing group Hüthig Jehle Rehm, and responsible for the development and operation of XML-CMS and all electronic data format production lines. From 2006 – 2008 he was Head of Project Management at frevel & fey Software Systems, and oversaw implementation and deployment of advertising management systems for magazine publishers. From 2008 – 2012 he was team leader at the Haufe Group for the production of online databases. Since 2012 Fabian has been working as a consultant in the area of digital publishing, including, among other things, the implementation of publishing projects in Mumbai, India.
